What is the minimum commitment?The minimum subscription commitment is one month. As long as you cancel before your next billing date, you will not continue to be charged. You can restart your monthly subscription whenever you need more design work.

What happens after I subscribe?After subscribing you will receive welcome email and a link to your Trello board. All instructions will be included in the email. You can start adding design jobs to your queue straight away.

How do I request designs?You will complete a simple creative brief about your project. These project details can be submitted via Google docs, videos or images, whatever is the best way to communicate the brief. Just upload the brief to your Trello board a long with any other relevant information.

How quickly can you start?I will get started as soon as you subscribe! Once you have uploaded a request to your board the design work will start straight away.

What billing options do you offer?Apple Pay, Credit/Debit Cards, Google Pay payments are accepted.

How many projects can I submit?You can submit as many projects as you like but I will only address 1 project at a time. It will be up to you to prioritize what project is most important.

What does unlimited design mean?There is no limit to how many designs you can request. You can add an unlimited amount of tasks to your queue and I will work on them one by one.

How many revisions will I receive?I'll revise until you are satisfied. I want you to love your new design. As long as your subscription is active, your happiness is my main concern.

How long do designs take to complete?Most of the jobs are completed within 48 hours, however, larger more complex tasks will take longer.

Who are the designers?All of the design projects are completed by the founder, Brian. If programming or code intensive work is required I will outsource to a few trusted sources.
